4200 Instrument Cluster Repair?

Howdy.

Anyone know where to send my instrument cluster to get the gauges repaired? Local dealer only wants to replace it at $350 in parts. The temp gauge rises from cold to hot within thirty seconds after starting the tractor and the fuel gauge is bouncy and calls the tank empty at 5 gallons though the tank is listed as 10 gallons. The RPM gauge and the lights work fine.

Are you sure it's the panel and not the temp sensor and fuel tank sender. When I bought mine it always read a 1/4 tank. The float had broken off the sender. If they both went bad at the same time could be a bad ground or electrical connection somewhere. I'd start by checking all grounds and electrical connectors.

Been through the whole tractor... Its the panel.
