4120 question on traction pedal response

I own a 4120 eHydo and have a question.

Does anyone else have a problem with the traction mostly noticed in forward that when you are running about half way down on the pedal that is surges faster then slower and is hard to hold steady. i can hold it steady on cruise but seems to be more than operator error.

Is your "stall guard" on? If on, it will surge like that. The reason why I leave it off all the time.

Yep, same here. I rarely turn the stall guard on -- mostly only use it when doing FEL work.
