I recently performed my 400 hour maintenance and took a couple of pictures of the hydro suction screen for my fellow TBNers. Procedure was relatively easy, although it took some doing to separate the connection from the screen elbow.

If those shavings had been gold, I'd be a wealthy man today!

Jon, you came out pretty good on the sump filter... I've seen worse. (Like mine on my 970 after 500 hrs!)

I had a nice mess on the garage floor, too. My drain pan will only hold 15 quarts, so I'd have to stop and put the plug back in and empty the drain pan and start the process over again. Always spilled and dripped some of that slippery, slippery stuff!

And the sump still had a fair amount of fluid that came out with the filter... Glad I had an air compressor and pressure nozzle to clean out the really fine particles from the filter cause the parts brush and cleaner didn't get the sump filter as clean as I wanted.
