4110 Front Tire replacement, HELP!

[2001 JD4110]

I had the dealer install turfs when I 1st bought it. They installed Bridgestone A/G mower M40B 4 ply (23x8.50-12 & M40B 315D-15)tires. The front circumference is huge at 594mm & width is a nice 213mm so those details are more what I'm after. The bar is 160? what is that dimension for? It seems the only place listed for those is overseas somewhere! I also saw a thread mentioning 4 whl driveline mismatch w/tires?

Odd/rare/low volume tractor tires are usually available on on eBay.

Multiple venders are selling 23 X 8.5 turfs.
