New to this diesel thing. My 4110 sits in an unheated pole barn. I have power in the barn. I have read somethings on block heaters but really don't know all that much about them. I have a trickle charger set up for the tractor but have not plugged it in as I am still using the tractor. I have about 20 hours on the unit and looks like I wil lhave another 10 before the cold weather sets into North East Missouri. Any input is really appreciated.

Usually they start with the glow plug cycle and if it doesn't start on the first cycle of the glow plugs just turn the key off and recycle them again.
If you one that doesn't wait for the tractor to warm up you should have a block heater.
If you need a block heater I sell them for $85.00 they go in the soft plug right in front of the starter on the driver side.
