Price Check 4100

Im looking at a late 70s 4100 with a FEL and a box blade for $5400. It has a lot of hours around 4800. Is this price reasonable? It is very clean and looks like the loader has been reinforced with c channel to fix a broken fork. Other than that the top pins on the loader are getting worn out. Any advice?
Im going to use it to mow 3 acres. Clear some dead trees and a food plot.

Why do you need a tractor that size for just 3 acres ??
You are obviously partial to 4100's eh
They are nice tractors I have a 4110 to manage about 20 acres

for that age an horsepower $5400 is a real fair price.
