I Purchased a 2-14's set of plows for my L3800 and after setting them up I plowed a new garden spot for the fall season. I test plowed a food plot for sil with minor success (more adjusting) and all was ok. For some reason I got the Kubota manual out and it stated the tractor would pull 2-12's max. When I plowed the sod for new it walked right thru it in 4 low and barely grunted at 6 inch depth. The plows are Ford-Ferguson and are in real good condition and maybe that's what helped

First cut can be hardest on new/never done before soil.
By the sounds looking at setup you done well..really well.

Measure across from the outside of one main beam to the inside of the next.
