4052R PTO not engaging

Tractor was parked for 6-8 months. When the PTO switch is engaged, PTO dash light comes on, HR meter switches to RPM, and "operator not in seat" cutoff function works. It feels like it's gonna be an electrical problem...any suggestions where to start? Seems unrelated, but, the rear hydraulics for the 3pt top n tilt also did not work initially when the switch was pressed, but worked after several attempts on the switch and increasing eng rpm. Thanks
