My pto wont shut off on my 4035. I hooked up my bush hog today, it's the first thing I've hooked to the pto. No matter if the clutch is engaged, both switches are off, I even pulled the fuse, the pto is running full speed . I tried it use the bush hog to break it loose if it was just stuck by hitting some small saplings but no luck. My FIL bought it new and said it never gave him any issues. Where do I go from here? I assumed with the fuse pulled it would disengage but I was wrong.
