4035 PST PTO

Just curious, do the dealers have a more detailed parts listing than what consumers can see online. I know I purchased a PTO switch for less than $100. Now the wire is shorting out and all I can find is the switch which is now over $400. Anyone else have issues with the fuse getting blown on the PTO. I've already taped where the shift handle was rubbing in the column and again where the clutch rod rubbed. Now the actual rod to the transmission has rubbed another place, but I can't find it without removing the tank. Was thinking if I have to go to all that trouble, I would replace the wire top to bottom.

There's what's considered the pto safety lock out switch for a bit over 20 bucks and then there is a pto solenoid for $192 for the 4035.
If planning to replace the entire wire, do yourself a favor and get a wire loom.
