4000 Series Horsepower change?

I have been searching for information on when the horsepower numbers were changed on some of the 4000 series tractors. I have noticed that many people selling older 4320 models claim 48 horse power. Didn't this models horsepower number increase in just the past few years?

I asked the same question a while back... Evidently, the change occurred in the 2009 model year for the 4520 and the 4720 tractors.

The 4320 Hp rating was unchanged from prior year's. Still 48Hp and 40Hp @ the pto.
