400 hr. service $$$$

Just placed an order for filters and fluids at a price of almost $300. Thats not including air filters which I just replaced. I went with the Super UDT fluid. It might be overkill but I don't plan on buying it again for a couple years.

I just got this L3710 this year so I'm still outfitting it with accessories. Before the snow flies I'll be getting some tire chains, still haven't decided whether or not to buy fronts, and a 7 ft. rear blade.

Looks like I'll be plunking down a total of about $1200. Maybe it won't snow if I spend that much. HA!

BTW How much do dealers charge for 400hr. service on the L series?

The last B we did was about 250. The L's have been running just under 600.

I just priced all the parts for my L3010 HST on Friday for the 400 hours service at Tractorsmart.com

The total was $278. That was for all the filters and fluids. I'll check that with my local dealer and probably with Carver also on Monday.
