Traction 4 WD Issue

The part that I do not like is that I when I mow my field area I am at the top pin adjustment on the desk wheels and when I raise the mower (when Mid mount PTO is off) the mower deck wheels still touch the ground when deck is lifted full up. I would rather the wheels be offf of the ground when moving. Guess I need to buy a rear mount finish mower. More $$$

bummer. I asked about the mid mount when I was shopping mine out, and the dealer told me I was better off getting a nice pto finish mower than having the mid mount hanging up on stuff or going through removing and installing it. I didn't have any designs to spend much if any time mowing with my tractor though, so different strokes and what not.

I have a 4510. The spline as I recall on the shaft wore and I needed another. Not too expensive of a fix and I need my 4wd on the hills.
