3x20 Power Beyond - More Remotes

Spudland Dave, if you ever get this built I'd like to see some pics. This is one of the problems I've been trying to solve since I got my 3320 cab. The rear SVC should be independent of the front without a diverter. I bought a sol. valve diverter for mine, but it still lays in the shed thinking someone else has had to have done this independent of a valve. Never understood what JD must have been thinking.

The 3rd or rear scv is independant of the dual mid scv. Number 4 and 5 scv on my 3320 is from the diverter. JC

I've attached 2 pictures of my setup. I like the way it looks and I can have 3 active connections on the back or use the jumpers and power the lines to the front grapple or other hydro systems up front. It may be just me but I can only use the front or the rear at one time but not both together so this setup works great.

Thanks for the pix GreenMtns...what I envision is a setup at the rear Identical to yours except for the fact they would all be independent remotes.

In talking to one of my friends...the first thing he asked was if the factory valve bank for the loader & 3rd SCV was a modular/stack type...then a person could just add 2 additional solenoid spools and have remotes with relatively little plumbing work....heck you probably could modify and use the factory hard lines for the diverter to keep things clean back there....again...not a cheap option, but one that would be almost factory...

Trust me, as I research this project more, I will keep everybody up to date...I'll also probably need advice & fresh ideas!

The game plan right now to get the extra "fake" remote(s) is to get one of the Surplus Center Diverters and mount that to the top of my iMatch hitch..quick, dirty and cheap...but that doesnt mean I'm not researching the real SCV's....

Hey Al....how do you like your Puma 64" Blower? the 3520 must make childs play with it?
I'm waiting on 08/09 Pricing from Pronovost on the Pronovost 74" Version...i want the bigger diameter fan and some of the other options that come with the Pronovost ones..

I've walked that thing through over 24" of snow (gone on a trip and could not stay up with the storm) and it never slows down. Very easy to service and I have never had any trouble with it.

Now you know if it was that easy, I would have told you already. The SCV's are attached directly to the tranny, and they are proprietary-there is also no room to add any valves anyway.

That probably why JD uses the diverter set up. It MAY be possible to add another diverter valve to the 3rd SVC but I don't know of any use where you would need 4 remotes on the rear at any one time.

Here is a picture of the diverter switch in the factory install position. The diverter switch is the one in front of the PTO switch.

Good Pics GreenMTNs

Thanks NURU

There are more at my Photobucket site ( GreenMtns - Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting) including a video of the fail mower hydraulic offset working.

Yeah I noticed that when I did the 3rd SCV install a few weeks ago....was saying it more in the sense of too bad JD Didnt use an off the shelf valve body...
I've got a plan for a cheap diverter setup...gotta get some more research done and then I'll let everyone know how I'm attacking this...

Basically all I'm looking for now is a factory JD Switch which is On/Off...similar to the rear worklight switch without the picture of the light. The Factory diverter switch doesnt fit my plan cause its just a pic of a manual & a gear...not to mention they're 35 bucks each...
They're still "fake" remotes, but at least I'll have $250.00 tops in this project...not $1,200 like JD
