3pt problems, need t o use draft control for full 3pt movement

My Kubota M5040 has been acting weird for a while. Although the toplink is attached to the top hole (draft neutral), I cannot get the lower arms to move to full raise or lower positions without also moving the draft control. I have a log splitter on the 3pt, nothing ground engaging. I have also seen where the raise and lower speed of the 3pt is affected by dropping the FEL.

Any suggestions as to where to start to figure this out ? It didn't used to be this way. I am guessing I have a blockage somewhere in the hydraulic return lines?

Check to be sure the feedback rod is attached & adjusted correctly. I can see where raising FEL would affect raising speed of 3 pt but not lowering speed of 3 pt.

Can you remove the loader valve from the equation and see if it still does it? On my L3650 the loader valve was on the loader and went off with the tractor, though on I think all the newer Kubotas they are attached to the tractor.

I think on a 3-point hitch with draft control, you always have a higher range of motion with the draft control... at least in the "raise" position. On every draft control-equipped tractor I've used, if you raise the 3-point all the way up with the 3-point lever, you can still get a few more inches by putting the draft control lever all the way up. So some of this, but not all, behavior may be normal.
