3pt problem on 3203

Is the nut missing?
If not, a pic of what you see would be helpful.

Not sure if the nut's there, it's inside the thing I'm pointing to in this photo:

That is part #7 in the earlier parts diagram I posted. My guess is the nut has come loose because there's still a little connection between the lever and the tube, but won't know for sure until we take the lever off.
