3-Point Hitch 3Pt Hitch Stop Functioning

Have a Mitsubishi D1650FD, went to change grader box to bush hog, drop 3 pt and disconnected the grader box, 3pt hitch would not function after that. Feels like nothing is attached to the control lever.
Loader hydraulics all still work, so not the hydraulic pump.

Does anyone have any advice on what may have happened and what the fix maybe?
