Hey guys, I have a problem with the draft control lever on my NH 3930. It seems to be stuck in the up position. I just got the tractor back in July, and I was trying to move the draft lever the other day, but it WILL not move down. You have any suggestions on what may be the deal..the linkage is not binding up either.
