3910 Ford tractor

my 3910 ford tractor got a visit from Mice on the wires on the instrument cluster and fuel gauge doesn't work any more. A green wire laying by the fuel gauge with a 90 degree female spade is off going to try Liquid wire insulation before I buy a harness. Hope this works.

Green wire goes from the S terminal directly behind the fuel gauge to the tank sending unit.
