Only about another week, Sams Club has Group 24 marine start batteries at $20 off,, only $39.80,,
I got two today,

These are sized to fit many tractors,,

I can not remember the last time I even seen ANY type of battery for less than $50, other than LM U1 Size batteries,,

The battery even has two types of posts,,,

That is a good price.

I thought group 24 referred to the size.

I guess this is a regular flooded lead acid battery.

That battery has a 12 month warranty, same as the little lawn tractor batteries have.
Probably very thin lead plates, that will likely be consumed by the acid in 2 years or less.
Great buy, if you need a new battery for an item you are selling.
Item comes complete with: "new battery".

Very good price. I bought a 24MS at Walmart two days ago. $65.

fried, I think it is a 1 year free replacement, second year pro-rated. The old one that I turned in for the core was 25 months old. The lady at the service desk said, "if you had brought it in last month, there would still have been some credit on it". I told her that it wasn't dead last month.
