I just completed my 50 hr service while I had my tractor in the shop changing the fluids I noticed my FEL had leaked down. I noticed this one day and checked it the next day it had droped 5 inches over night . I could see this if the machine had a lot of hours and years on it , mine only has 50 hours on it . It is a bl20s and was purchased in jan 08. Has anyone seen this before I call the dealer. I think the machine is true and I have been inpressed with it so far , mine also has a injector rattle up till 2,000 RPM like others have mentioned. Thanks I enjoy the Forum

I am pretty sure that everything is working as it should. The hydraulics seem to naturally decay with the hydraulic pump not maintaining the pressure. I have used my BL20 with the pallet forks and a wood pallet as a man lift. not wishing to keep the engine running, the pallet will droop maybe 6" in an hour. My backhoe bucket will be sitting on the ground the next morning on its own even when I forget to lower it.

I don't believe I hear the injector rattle on my 3820 which you describe.
