Deere shows lit prices on their website (Build your 3520..) You can hope for about 10% off the list prices. Deere changed their price structure recently, where 20% wasn't unusual, now 10-12% is fantastic.
Be sure to factor the whole deal. A good dealer is worth a lot, more than shaving a few percentage points...

I just ordered a 3320 and 10-12% was my experience at two different dealers. They were offering 10% on the tractor and 12% on all attachments. I chose the dealer I was more comfortable with. In fact, I liked the one guy so much that I probably would have passed if the other guy had beaten the price by a few hundred bucks.
We bought a JD 3520 w/300X Loader and 6 ft Bush Hog rotary cutter Nov 2005 for ~$21K.
We have had 3 major problems so far with 26 hours on the rig. Computer board failed at delivery, key ignition switch broke mechanically, just returned for hydraulic steering failure. Has anyone else experienced a number of issues with a 3520 or similar? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

i am in wesr TN. i just took delivery of the following.
3520 hydro no mid PTO.
300CX loader with HD 61" bucket.
LX5 bush hog.
Hawk 5 ft box blade.
plus a few goodies. 2 gallons JD HyGard, 2 gal JD low viscosity hy gard. 3 cans JD touch up paint(1 black, yellow and green).
i had to go with a dealer that is 50 miles away to get the best deal, so delivery was figured into this.
i got out the door for $21965.
i only got to put a couple hours on it yesterday, but all is well so far.
