HI,
I HAVE A NEW 3520 (6 HRS) HST AND THE IDLE RPM IS HIGH (1200) THE MANUAL SAYS IT SHOULD BE 950 RPM. YES THE TRACTOR IS UP TO TEMP AND THE THROTTLE AT THE LOWEST SETTING. THE MANUAL DOES NOT INDICATE HOW TO MAKE THIS ADJUSTMENT. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED. :)

I'll bet you have to loosen where your throttle cable is secured near the injector mechanism. Then move a screw or bolt to adjust the speed down. This is what I had to do on my 4010. It was set up to idle at 1500 rpm when new but is supposed to idle at 1000 rpm. I reset mine not long after I got it.

I had the opposite problem with my 3720 cab when I got mine. It wouldn't even reach pto rpms. So I took the dash apart(only a few screws and found a throttle stop that you can adjust. I don't remember if there is one for the idle speed but I would assume so. In any case it shouldn't be a bid deal. Congrats on the new machine!
