if we go withthe deere we are going to put a aftermarket radio in. The ipod idea sounds good, but I enjoy hearing current events and weather while listening to music. and I will rip and burn a music CD if I want to pick nonstop music. But guys please give me some feedback on the E-hydro. I like the cab the tranny is the only thing from signing paperwork Monday Morning.

The eHydro is the way to go, I have used one with a Harley rake and the speed control is 2nd to none, change of direction or speed change becomes very natural and intuitive after just a few hours of use . You will not be sorry with the eHydro.

I have a (Kubota) 5030HST and I can't tell you how great it is to have hydro for so many tasks. I can see running your harley rake as one of them - there's nothing like the control of a hydro, it's just great. I think the consensus is that there are just a few applications for which hydro is not particularly well-suited, like serious, all-day ground-engaging work. If I were plowing fields all day, give me gears. For everything else, give me hydro or give me death! /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Enjoy your new machine, and especially that cab!

Welcome to the forum Start2Finish, believe me a couple of hours with the E-hydro and you'll wonder how you got along without it, of course that is only my opinion. I know one thing for sure I love my 3320 with E-hydro and IMO it rocks! Enjoy your new tractor!

Yup, I'll never not have a Hydro Machine. I really love the accuracy and simplicity of using the Hydro Transmissions. You will hear all the debates, GEAR VS HYDRO. Over Twenty years of owning JD Hydro Models, and working them hard, I've never had a Hydro tranny problem ever.... so I think they are worth it.....

we haven't bought it yet, we are going to take the 3320 demo back monday and pick up a 4320 open station to test some more. The dealer doesn't have but the 3320 in a cab. I feel the ergonomics of the cab are great I just have an issue with the tractor sacrificing power to the tranny. common sense and the dealer tell me the tractor was grossly underpowered for the power rake and I agree. Just going to cover all the bases. Trading is too expensive.
