345 Draft Arms / Chokeplate

Can some one post a pic side view of the mounting bolt and flange? Got a Snowthrower that goes on it and the Snowthrower manual contradicts the tractor manual..
Spring configuration.... Pics would be greatly appreciated. Between the choke plate and carburetor

Can you explain a bit about the contradiction? What does each say about it?

JD parts shows draft arm mounting inside of frame all hardware except the hex nut. Snowthrower shows draft arms on the outside of frame with all the hardware on the outside, including the flange spacer largest diameter to the outside..

Pics of choke plate is because I bought this 345 a couple of months ago, and the previous owner had tore into almost everything and the springs are all deformed and a bent governor arm as well. Would like to get it back to way it should be.
