3320 weak FEL

I don't have the same power I used to have in my FEL. Fluid level is fine, checked the main filter as well as the small inline, all look fine.

I have some power but it wont lift like it used to. Hydrostat and PTO all work good

I would start diagnostics by putting a pressure gauge in the loader circuits to see what the pressure is. If the pressure is normal then look at the fel cylinders. If the pressure is low then the tractor is where the problem is. I would check the relief valve setting next and see if it could be adjusted to specs. If you can't get enough pressure then I would suspect the pump is worn and should be checked out and should be an easy diagnosis for a hydraulic pump shop.

Less than 100 hours. It does not bleed down any different. I don't have the ability to put a gauge on, guess I will need to go to the dealer.

Hiya,

Here is a link to a supplier that sells a gauge kit specifically for checking hydraulic pressure on tractors. All of the test kits are under 50 bucks, most likely less than taking it to the dealer.

You should also get the service manual, it has a section on how to adjust the relief valve to get the correct pressure.

Edit for afterthought: Make sure your connectors are attached correctly and there is no debris in them. I have seen many strange issues with hydraulic systems from bad or dirty connections.
