331 manure spreader

anyone know how to remove the conveyor chain on a 331 manure spreader?

What style chain does the floor chain use? T-rod, pressed steel or pintle?

Loosen up the floor chain by loosening the adjusters, 9 and 10 until you can pivot the links you want to separate so that the slot in the link lines up with the other link. Hammer the link sideways to slide through the slot and separate the links. You need to steady one link on a firm surface while hammering the other. They don't separate easily until you get the link sliding through unless they are just old links.
