Footings with posts on top
Dimensional shingled roof
White vinyl sides
Brick in front to match the house
12x16 front garage door
12x10 rear garage door
1 man door
6" heated concrete floor
A few Windows.


Today is technically the day the ground has been broke for the new shop. There are tons of builds out there but I figured I'd add mine just to help others. First, I broke my arm last week so I am unable to do as much as anticipated. Seeing how hard the ground was, I can't thank my friend TSO for all his magical work and his skid steer (CTL). Having friends that know what they're doing as well as do a great job is priceless!

First off was cutting the grass down as low as possible

Front is brick, sides are vinyl... Until I get the money in years to come to fully brick it
