3215 not starting, starter solenoid?

I've had trouble with it starting for a few years, I have to "tap" the key a few times before it will engage and start. Now it is doing nothing. If I jump from the hot wire to the little spade connector then it will start. Bad solenoid? If so, part number?

Possible, but also check the power across the safety switches like pto, clutch, or gear switch. If not getting full 12v it may cause same problem. Also check the starter relay.

Which is the starter relay?

Might be the key switch. When you turn the key to start it should apply voltage to the spade connector you are jumping. Check with a volt meter or test light to see if the ignition key is applying voltage to the spade connector when you turn the key. It could also be one of the safety switches mentioned.
