Aug 16, 2007 / 318 loose steering #1 B barnmaker New member Joined May 19, 2007 Messages 4 I have a 318 w/ 46" deck that I bought new in 1989. Been the best all around lawn tractor I've ever owned. Over time the steering has gradually gotten loose. It has allot of play in it now. Could this be a hydralic problem, filter maybe.
