We just purchased a Grand L 3130 w/LA514 loader, R4's this morning - going to be delivered on Wednesday. It was not the best price we got but, it was with a local dealer that has a good reputation so, we felt it was worth the extra money to deal with them - at least on the tractor. They were high priced on the attachments so we am going to get those elsewhere.

I would like to thank all of you for sharing your knowledge and experience in dealing with tractors . . . and more. I could not have gained the knowledge I now have in such a short time without your help. On several occasions, I knew more about the tractor than the sales person did, and it became an inside joke with the good fellow we finally purchased from. I look forward to sharing much in the future here, at TBN, with all of you.

Thanks guys, I'm gettin' excited now - tractor should be here on wednesday and I ordered attachments from Sweet Tractor this morning. Now, I just hope the weather holds up so I can get in some seat time after delivery. It is 80+ degrees here today for the first time this year.

I lost enough sleep tryin' to come up with a decision on which tractor to go with, what model? which dealer? how much to spend . . . you get the idea. Overall, it's been fun and I am looking forward to gettin' to play . . . er, I mean . . . work. I am trying to keep busy until the tractor arrives. I have also been tracking the shipment with the 3pt equipment I ordered today and it should be here Wednesday as well. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif
