Kubota L 3130 HST, 723 QA loader
After 145 hours I had my first problem with my 3130. One of the bucket cylinders on my LA723 started leaking fluid. I called my dealer and asked if i could pull the cylinder and bring it in for repair rather than trailer the whole tractor 60 miles one way to the dealer. He said no problem just bring in the serial numbers and give him a day and he would take care of it. Two days later he called and said it was ready for me to pick up. He said rather than put a cylinder kit in the old one he just replaced with a new cylinder and that if any other cylinders started to leak just call him and tell him which one it was and he would order a new cylinder and have it in so that I could bring in the bad cylinder and swap out with no down time for me. Now that is what I call service. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Great service from your dealer! Repacking a cylinder is pretty straight forward. They must have found a defect in the cylinder. A new cylinder is better than a repacked one any day.

Hi...

I have the same tractor/loader & had a loader cylinder leak too... they replaced the seals on mine...

There's a fairly recent post that says there's a Kubota technical bulletin out on this problem... some of the seals are installed backwards I recall...

Glad it's fixed...
