With those hours chances are it will be a good tractor if your not going to work it too hard but the 3130 had a notoriously bad name.There were a lot of them around in the UK but at the time JD did'nt have many options for a lightweight 6cyl .
It was a liveley sweet tractor to drive and the 3 speed with the high-low was fine but slow on the road.
Many of them seemed to suffer with poor hyd's ,Brake problems, cyl head trouble,and the hyd fwa was useless.
This model was mainly to blame for us and many others switching to ford or MF in the early 80's,They just were never as good as the 2130's ,2140's,3140's etc ,My neighbour retired recently and had his 4000hr 3130 with loader and OPU cab for sale for 3 years and ended up selling it to a hutterite colony to sit on a slurry pump for $6000...???? At that price i considered it myself..lol
This is not the tractor but same as this yet in beautiful condition.....
