310d Reverser help!

Hello,
New to the forums. I've got a 92 Deere 310D 4x4 backhoe. The machine operates fine but when I engage the parking brake, or shut the machine off, fluid pressurizes and squirts from the reverser filler tube. I drained the fluid and tied new to no luck. Any ideas?

There is a 3/8" return line that goes from the top of the transmission to the shuttle fill tube / dipstick... I have had one get a hole in it and when you either go from fwd to rev or set the park brake it would squirt 1/2 pint out, but I dont remember which one it was though...
