Go easy on me I’m a rookie. I currently own a JD2305 which I am selling and want to replace with a K3030HST. On my 2305 I can not operate the front end loader with out changing the hydraulic hoses with the lift kit for the MMM. This has become a pain and wanted to move to Orange for dealer reasons and wanted to avoid this same problem. Can anyone help me out

The 3030 uses the rear 3pt arms to raise and lower the mmm. It works independently of the FEL. You can raise and lower your mower, and operate the FEL, all at the same time.

KubotaOne is right. The 3pt hitch moves the mower. It doesn't interfere with the FEL at all.
Here's a story: my B3030 has been delivered with the FEL, MMM and BH75 mounted on. To remove the mower, I had to remove the backhoe, put the hitch in place, lower and remove the mower, remove the hitch and put back on the backhoe. My dealer didn't mention that to me before the delivery. I was, hmmm, let's say a bit frustrated. The point is: you really need the hitch to moves the mower. No hitch, no mower.
