3016HST leaking oil pan gasket

I have a 3016HST I bought new this past year. It is about to hit the 50 hour mark. I have been using it pretty hard, moving tons and tons of dirt and now snow. I noticed a little oil seepage around what seems to be the oil pan gasket when it had maybe 25 hours. It could also be the front crank seal, it's hard to tell. I cleaned everything up well, checked the pan bolts, and kept using it. Now at 50 hrs, it shows oil around the lip of the pan and is dripping onto the front axle. Curious if anyone has had this issue? Dealer I bought it from is over an hour away, I also wonder if they would pay for it to be fixed locally? It doesn't look like a very hard job, but the whole reason I bought new was so I didn't have to work on it.

How did you make out? I had my 3016HST a month now and just reached 10hrs. I discovered the same apparent oil pan leak just today. Will be contacting dealer on Monday. I am also hour away.

Well this is an ongoing issue. I contacted the dealer I purchased from, and he is no longer selling Mahindras. So, he apparently cannot get paid for warranty work either. He gave me two other local dealers. I contacted the one and he told me he would take care of me. But.... he is too busy to look at it for the next two months! So, being as the leak is not bad at all I changed the oil and have been using it. A little discouraging but not too terrible. I am learning why everyone says you aren't just buying the brand of tractor, you are also buying the dealer.

I had the same problem with my 3016 (as well as a list of others). I took it in and the dealer replaced the pan gasket no problem. I'm not sure when mine started to leak, but I had mine change around 150hrs. Just keep tabs on the level and you should be good.
