Backhoe 3016, adding a backhoe attachment

Hi all, I have been browsing the forums for a while and finally signed on. I own a 2013 3016 with front bucket. I am buying an older Ford 757B backhoe attachment and retorfitting it to my tractor. I already have the rear auxilary hydraulics so it isn't a problem. My question is in what position will I run the aux hydraulics to make the hoe function? I would have bought the Mahindra hoe for it but I got this unit extremely reasonable priced and I love fabricating stuff. Anyone that could kinda give me a little bit of info would be greatly appreciatted.
