300 Cx loader broken at R/H upper Pivot Point.

Good day Friends Just a little heads up for anyone operating a 300cx loader. Although the maintenance manual advises to grease and torque pivot pins, you may want to learn from my latest failure. Take the time to clean the grease from the upper pivot pins and have a good look for cracks in the the arm assy that the pin goes thru. Mine broke off today. Judging by the look of it, it has been cracked for awhile. It's a 2010 model installed on my 2010 3520. Warranty expired of course , so going to look into getting it repaired. Does anyone know, or can advise me of a way to find out what material the arms are made from. A tech rep ?? I will try to post a picture as well. Thanks in advance Curtis

are you saying that the top of the mast broke where the loader pin for the upper
boom attaches?
part 5 or 6 in the diagram, run about 370 for a replacement.....

Nast is ok, it's the horizontal arm that attaches to the top if the mast.

Well that sucks. Guess what I'm going to closely examine first thing tomorrow ...

Ya I'm going to check the L/H side as well.
Cause ya just never know. It's probably been under a lot of stress from the right hand being cracked .
