Help,Last week the return line on my tc30 blew.I lost about half my oil.I changed the hose and added oil but now my 3pt will not lower. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like someone may have turned the 3pt valve under the seat off.

That's the first thing I'd check...should be directly between the operator's legs on the panel below the seat.
