Those are well made horses. All 2 x 4 and gusseted. The tiller is not all that heavy anyway, only about 800#.

I picked up a 4' KK in the fall 2 years ago for $825, brand new out of the TSC in Grand Forks, ND. I couldn't pass it up for that price even though I've barely used it.

Is that the yellow KK II one or the orange subcompact version? Either way it's a great deal.

We bought a used Kubota Turfbuster 2 years ago, and have not regretted it at all. Way cheaper than new.
