3 pt. PTO Driver Mixer

i'm going to be doing a few projects with concrete, i read the post about the concrete caddy, StanInCalif mentioned a 3 pt. D.M. i have never heard of it. If i don't plan on using it very much, i would hate to pay top dollar for a new one, i would prefer a used machine. if anyone knows of one within the Northern Calif. area preferably north of Sacramento, please let me know, or any info relating to this mixer, would be appreciated.
