Hi All,
I've got a 2012 Kubota L4240 that's been working wonders around the farm for just about a year now, and it's been stellar. It sat idle for most of December through February, with just a couple of days (maybe 1 hour tops) of run time to keep charge in the battery, etc. I was using it for several hours today moving mulch and doing some ground work around one of our ditches, and went to attach my box blade. The rear links won't lower, and I'm not sure how to troubleshoot them beyond what I've done. Normally, they'll drop down slowly when the link lever is moved to the down position, they'll move faster if there is load on them of course. Well today, they wouldn't move down at all, even when I got out and stood on the link arms. =/

Any idea what I should look at down there?

Thanks,
Bill

Sit in the seat. Face forward. Look between your legs. NO not that far!! Is there a knob centered down there? If so try turning it counterclockwise. It controls the descent rate of the three pt and sometimes one knocks it with their heel and locks the three point up.

Here is picture of knob you need to adjust. Black one in center near bottom. It is marked 'close' and 'open'. I would guess it is in closed position now. Move it towards 'open'. It regulates the speed of you 3 point arms, or in your case, stops them from working. Read you manual. Philip.
