3-pt hitch

The 3-pt hitch of my Mitsubishi D1850 lowered mower, but will not raise it.

I'm assuming if it lowered the mower it must have raised it first. Check your hydraulic fluid level. Do you have a loader and does it work? Have you ever cleaned the hydraulic fluid strainer? A bit more information would be helpful.
