Power brooms generally range from 60-100 gallons of water to keep dust down by sweeping on concrete and asphalt. At our place you could dump it all in one spot in July and not even get your boots muddy.
I have made portable pressure washers using 50 gallon drums. I use a 12 volt intercooler pump to prime, you don't need it after that, for my pressure washer. Might be able to wash a full size truck twice, if it's just dusty and not muddy...
Water trucks for road work generally range from 1800-6000 gallons.
