3 point quick connect hitch

I have a countyline quick connect hitch. The top handles which open the mouth of the hitch have needed to be watched as the roll pins tend to work themselves out. Well I lost a handle. Anyone know where to order a new handle. A pair of vice grips do not work quite as well.
