3 point not working

Hi all. I have a 2012 bobcat CT 235 and my 3 point is not working, I've messed with the knob under the seat several times ,pulled the valve assembly out, cleaned it, found nothing unusual, put back together still nothing, doesn't even try or anything, 3 point just stays down, nothing happens, have good flow to the valve, everything else works just fine,including the loader and hydro. Only thing we did to it was service everything out including the hydraulic system, engine, and all filters. Anyone have any ideas? We even tried to pull the valve that's connected to the turn knob out and run it that way. When we do this the 3 point comes up but there is no control to it and you can physically push it down with your hands and it'll come back up. Anyone have any ideas? I'm at a loss. A new 3 point valve assembly is $1000. Might have to try that if there is nothing else.. But I am not convinced that that's the problem.

I dont know much of anything about hydraulic troubleshooting, but how many times have you cycled your loader up and down since the fluid/filter change? May need to cycle it several times to purge?? system, cause it sounds like you could have air or debris in the 3 point, just a thought.

Rockshaft cylinder seal may have failed or main relief valve stuck open.

Since this tractor is a Kioti, on the hydraulic block that provides flow to the loader valve, there is a small spool. Here is a page from the manual to explain it better:

Do you have any remotes on the tractor? If one of the remote levers is not centered in neutral position the 3 pt will not operate.

Yes it was the control valve. Installed a new one for $1000 and we're good to go.
