That's the thing, the L's are some of the best sellers. Small horse operations like ours are a perfect fit for the power and size of an L3400 for example, particularly if you're on a budget. A lot of the 3-20 acre properties around us are dedicated to a couple of horses or small hobby farms. A medium sized tractor is a real plus, if not a necessity.

What I find interesting is that you can't buy the same size tractor in a non jerky model.
A L3240, the smallest Grand L, is closer in size and weight to a L4600. It's less HP, but still about the same size.
Unless I'm missing something, (which happens too often) if you want a tractor the size of a L3400, or L3800 you have to accept the jerky hitch. There is no similar tractor in the GL series. Not sure but I think the B models are a lot lighter.

Is it possible that Jerkyitus is a result of trying to put too much in a compact package?
If not, could Kubota offer, 3PH that works correctly, as an option, for us picky people.
