What is the rear pto remote lift feature?

It looks like a lever that you can grab from behind the tractor to raise/lower the lift arms.

From Kioti's website:
Allows operator to control the 3-point hitch from the ground at the rear of the tractor. Attaching implements is easier and safer with this control within easy reach.

I used a 3' piece of PVC tube with a 90 degree elbow to raise/lower the lift arms and extend/retract the hydraulic top link, back when I had a tractor.

There have been some threads on here about making the linkage to do that.
