3-Point Hitch 3 point hitch won't go down

Hi, just purchased an import Kubota L1801dt with a loader and 4' slasher, I can't get the 3 point hitch to lower, the loader has a simple valve to switch the hydraulics but it makes no difference, the hold position valve under the seat is off, any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated

can you lift the arms any ( rockshaft might be rusted in place! )

I have a speed control that allows you to adjust the speed that the 3pt hitch lowers. If you knock it with your foot (happened to me once so far) you can turn that dial all the way closed and the 3pt won't lower. See if you have something like that on yours.

Thanks for the replies, I have adjusted the valve under the seat (circled in green, the shaft does not appear to be rusted, does any one have a diagram of the assembly, I may need to go in. My tractor supply guy thinks it may have gone to high and too hard and jammed up

Do you have a draft control lever? If so be sure it's all the way up and control the lift with the 3pt. lever.
