This is fun; after spending some time with the box blade, pushing and pulling, the 3-point has taken upon itself to not lower. I checked all the physical links between the control lever, I adjusted the drop rate in both directions repeatedly, I've taken the seat off and inspected what I could, and I've jumped on the box blade. It does not wish to move, it likes where it is, and it doesn't matter what I have to say about it. I checked the shop manual, which just tells me to disassemble and clean, or replace, the hitch control valve. I don't feel like that's something I'm about to do, so I guess I'll be calling my dealer. Hopefully she is still under warranty, but I can't remember off the top of my head.

I'll be calling tomorrow. Any suggestions to try before then?

They don't really cover much at all about the drop rate control valve in the service manual.

I wonder if it's stuck. Did you force it slightly either way? Mine will kinda spin freely, then I can feel it actually adjusting the flow.

The drop control valve has always been stiff, so I used a wrench, and have adjusted it fully opened and closed.

This was fixed last Saturday; my dealers traveling mechanic stopped by, completely removed the drop rate valve, cleaned it, and it dropped. From there it wouldn't go up, and he did one more thing- Lord knows I forgot to ask what it was- and it was fixed. He was here not two hours, I fueled him up with some coffee and sent him off with some money to buy lunch- I'm extremely happy to have everything back working.

As much as I love my Kioti, I more so love my dealer. They've always been good to me.

The lift cylinder on my B7200 rusted up and would stick at the full UP position/

A disassembly and good wire brush cleaning took care of that/

The history of the tractor before my time was a lengthy period of in activity while in FLORIDA.

No wonder/// ;-)
